KimberLyte · Engagement terms

Clarity before commitment.

A shared understanding of the work, the responsibilities, and the terms.

Scope first.

KimberLyte’s consulting engagements are scoped and agreed in writing. An initial conversation or submitted brief does not create a paid engagement.

This page describes our general commercial approach. For consulting work, the signed agreement sets the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, billing currency, payment schedule, and acceptance criteria. Timing and delivery arrangements are agreed for each engagement.

Accounts and paid services

Browsing the public site, verifying an email, and submitting an enquiry are free. These actions do not start a subscription or authorize a charge.

If we offer paid platform access, seats, subscriptions, credits, or pay-as-you-go services, the applicable features and commercial terms will be presented before an authorized purchaser accepts them. Availability is defined by the specific offer.

What a paid offer will specify
Access and permissions
Included features, seat types, who may use them, and any administrator controls.
Usage and credits
How usage is measured, what is included, additional usage rates, any spending limits, and whether credits expire or roll over.
Billing and renewal
Price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, and when plan or seat changes take effect.
Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, any refund eligibility, and how unused credits are treated.

Delivery and changes

For consulting work, access, approvals, and client dependencies belong in the plan. Changes to scope, timing, or fees require mutual written agreement.

Working examples illustrate an approach. Production suitability, performance, and security require evaluation in the agreed operating environment.

Cancellation and refunds

Consulting cancellation, rescheduling, and any eligibility for a refund are governed by the written engagement agreement and applicable law. These terms are agreed before work begins.

Any separately offered paid digital service will state its cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

To request a cancellation, ask about a refund, or dispute an invoice, email hello@kimberlytegroup.com. Include your organization and engagement or invoice reference; please leave out payment credentials and sensitive client data.
