Browsing the site
This website is operated by Kimberlyte LLC, using the KimberLyte brand. The public pages are available without an account.
The site does not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. It stores your motion preference in this browser so your choice is remembered.
Your brief and verified email
The enquiry form asks for your name, organization, topic, and the context you choose to share. Your unfinished brief is saved in this tab’s session storage. It is removed from that storage after a successful submission; you can also remove it through your browser settings.
Clerk handles email verification and uses cookies to maintain your sign-in session. Verification creates a free account. A submitted brief is associated with your verified email, account identifier, and submission time so it can be assessed and answered.
Please leave out confidential client information, payment credentials, and sensitive personal data. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Use and retention
We use enquiry information to consider the proposed work, communicate with you, and manage the conversation. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores received briefs. Clerk handles account and verification information. Resend sends enquiry notifications to our business inbox, which uses Google Workspace. These providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry and account information by emailing hello@kimberlytegroup.com. Records needed for an active engagement, a dispute, or legal obligations may need to be retained.
We retain enquiries and related correspondence while considering or carrying out the work, and as needed for business records and legal obligations. Closed enquiries are reviewed for deletion when there is no continuing need to keep them. Deletion requests cover the website record, related correspondence, and verification account; provider backups may take longer to expire.

You can read the site without signing in, reduce motion using the footer control, clear browser storage, or contact us directly by email.
